Executive coaching for females who want to lead with confidence within STEMs roles

My family have mainly worked within Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) and I understood from a young age that men have dominated these job roles. This correlates with the depressing fact that only 13% of women work in STEM jobs and they leave at a much faster rate than men.

With the above in mind, I began researching how women can improve their chances of success within in a male dominated workplace. We need more females to be attracted to STEM roles and to enjoy the experience in order for our economy to survive

Have you heard of the book, Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus?

Think of Leadership Excel® Executive Coaching as the business solution of that book.

Leadership Excel®’s mission is to boost female job satisfaction and leadership opportunities within STEMs roles:
  1. We will encourage females to study STEMS subjects in school and college. See our charity, Talent Within You.
  2. We will encourage businesses to embrace diversity and to offer female STEM employees the same financial and career opportunities as men.
  3. We will help females within STEMS to enjoy the perfect day at work, everyday.

Our research completed for women working within STEMS roles to date …

Congratulations if you have made it this far into your STEMs role! Did you know that you are one of 13% of women who work in STEM job roles and more women are leaving then men.

In order to stand out in a male dominated workplace, you need to perfect your personal brand by learning your personal strengths, then practising them. This will give you your Unique Selling Point (USP). In other words it will get you noticed. Victoria Vaughan is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing as well as a Fellow Member of the Institute of Leadership and Management. This means she is one of the top 3% of marketers  in the world and she uses this in her expertise in YOUR coaching sessions.

As you probably know, businesses requires a clear, focused marketing strategy to succeed. And if you want promotion, or to be noticed, you also need your own marketing strategy to create your personal brand.

An important question: What do others say about you when you are out the room? This is your personal brand. When was the last time you made an impact you are truly proud of?

Victoria Vaughan helps females to get noticed, for the right reasons, in their workplace.

  • What’s your single greatest moment of personal failure and victory within your STEMs roll to date?
  • Looking back on these events now, how do you feel about them today?
  • What is your dream within STEMs?
  • What’s holding you back from achieving your dream within STEMs?
  • What would give you the ultimate confidence to pursue as a leader within your organisation?
